Parktown Junction
Wits University's expansion programme over the past few years has created a massive demand for student accommodation at locations both on and off the main campus in Braamfontein. The Parktown Village II location was identified as an ideal location for specific accommodation for students studying at these and other facilities in the area.

Syfin Management Services in collaboration with another property developer structured Rowmoor Investments 616 (Pty) Ltd (Rowmoor), and, entered into a Development Agreement with the University of the Witwatersrand to design and construct fifteen new residence and student amenity buildings, comprising a total of approximately twelve hundred beds, together with all the site infrastructure, roads and parking. The project is currently under construction and due for final handover in June 2012.

After signing a framework agreement with the university in 2008, the concept designs were developed, financial feasibilities prepared, the rezoning of the property completed.
