Silver Oaks Crossing Shopping Centre is phase one of a multi-phase retail and commercial development, on the corner of Hans Strijdom Drive and Von Backström Boulevard which is one of the entrances to the well known Silver Lakes Golf Estate, in the Eastern Suburbs of Pretoria.

The centre is anchored by SuperSpar, Woolworths Food and Clicks, offering a wide variety of goods to the consumer.

Major restaurant operators includes Dros, Cape Town Fish Market and Wimpy.  Fast food operators are well represented in the centre and daily convenient services in the form of communication, electronics and leisure are available to the shopper focussed on convenience.

The shopping centre is designed in a modern new age look, with elements of steel, interesting roof structures and an exiting light projections.

The project was constructed by Beckers Contractors, funded by ABSA Bank and project managed by Syfin.  Silver Oaks Crossing is co-owned by the Group’s investment fund, Navigator and the landowners, Messrs Mike and George von Backström.
