This proposed development, is situated within the Rosebank City Centre, west of the intersection of Oxford Road and Biermann Street.

Bierman Street forms the northern boundary of the site, with Cradock and Bath Streets being situated to the east and west respectively.

The site forms part of the Rosebank Precinct, and is within walking distance of the Rosebank Gautrain Station.

The existing rights provide for a mix use development of 6 850m². In addition to this a rezoning process will be initiated to facilitate the new proposed concept, which provides for 3000m² of retail space, 7500m² of office space and a small component of residential units.

Construction to commence early in 2009.
