The Boschenmeer Golf and Country Estate is located near Paarl, in the Cape Winelands, just South fo the N1 and West of the R303 (MR201)

To extend the existing Boschenmeer Golf and Country Estate into a well-balanced and financially viable development, comprising agriculture on suitable farm land, specialized agriculture on selected private open spaces as main landscaping theme, residential development with associated facilities and the completion of the existing Paarl Public Golf Course facility into a 27-hole golf course.

It is intended to extend the existing Paarl/Boschenmeer Public Golf Course by an additional 9 holes, along with an extension of the residential estate, turning it into an unique 36-hole golfing facility to the benefit of the public and visitors to Paarl.
